In an endeavor to help meritorious students pursue the course despite financial constraints, the Institute has made provision for offering limited fellowship and scholarship support.

Award of Scholarship Support to PGDM-E Students (for Second Year Students)

Below are the evaluation criteria, which would be used by the Scholarship Committee:

(A) Basis of Scholarship (Merit-Based Evaluation):
  • EDII Merit (First Year Result)
  • Previous Academic Achievements
  • Graduation performance
  • Management entrance examinations
Milestone Achievements

Recognised accomplishments as per the scale announced by EDII

Participation in Co-curricular Activities
  • Hackathons
  • B-Plan competitions
  • Other entrepreneurial activities
(B) The scholarship will cover a maximum of up to 50% of the academic fee for two years.

Interested students should apply for the scholarship in the format attached and submit their application form to the PGP office as per the announcement A one to one interaction with the students applied will be scheduled with the Scholarship Committee, who will then finalise the amount of scholarship.

Award of Fellowship Support to PGDM-E Students (for First Year Students)

A. Merit-Based Scheme

The top 10% students will be awarded fellowship support up to 50% of the tuition fee.

B. Merit cum Means Scheme

These are awarded to meritorious students belonging to the lower economic strata of society so that they are not compelled to leave their studies due to a lack of money.

C. Full tuition Fees Waiver (TFW) Scheme

Full Tuition Fee Waiver on merit and means basis, as per EDII’s guidelines.

  • The fellowship to the students is awarded on merit-cum-means basis. The Institute shall invite applications for the same in due course which will be followed by a personal interview before the designated committee so as to judge the suitability and extent of fellowship support.
  • This will be based on their graduation percentage, score in the national management examination and performance in the personal interview conducted by EDII. In the subsequent year, this award will be based on the academic performance (CGPA) obtained (without any supplementary attempts) during the previous year.
  • Fellowship support would not be automatic and may actually be denied or withdrawn from a student at any time, if his/her academic performances, attendance and /or conduct are not found satisfactory.
  • All students will be required to make payment of fees on due dates as specified in the program fee payment schedule, irrespective of the status of their application for fellowship.
  • The Institute will retain 10% amount of the sanctioned amount of fellowship which would be released only after the student completes the program and fulfills the following conditions:
    1. Completing all examinations in the first attempt.
    2. Securing minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.5.
    3. Not violating any academic and administrative rules during the program.
